CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Once your inquiry is submitted, the MAZON team will review and confirm your details, measurements, fabrication, and any requested customizations. Upon final design approval, a 50% deposit is required to begin production at our New York atelier. Standard production time is approximately two weeks, subject to material availability and production volume. When your piece is complete, the remaining balance will be due prior to shipment or delivery.
